Shiori Arai

Creative & Choreographer

Shiori, born and raised in Tokyo, Japan, began dancing when she was in junior high. She joined The Young Americans in 2008 and had the honor of touring around the world performing and teaching. She is currently working as a professional dancer & choreographer. She has worked with Japanese artists including JUJU, Che’Nelle, DREAMS COME TRUE, and Hilcryme. She is one of the main instructors of Universal Music’s official dance program, UMWD, whose classes are attended by over 10,000 people from all over Japan.

Her passion and philosophy for life reflect in the way she teaches. She truly believes in music and dance, and that people have the power to change the world for the better.
