We use a print on demand service to instantly begin creating the exact specific item you've ordered, and then send it out to you at light speed. All products are unique and produced per order. Due to the unique nature of this print-on-demand process, as well restrictions from our manufacturers, all purchases are final. If, however, your merchandise arrives damaged, you can contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement.
Please make your selections and input your information carefully because once an order has been sent to production, you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect or the you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply to not like the merchandise, HEART Global cannot take responsibility and cannot offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds and Replacements
If the received product is printed incorrectly, damaged or in a bad quality, please contact us within 30 days with attached photos of the errors. Our team will inspect the errors and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible. All replacements must be returned to HEART Global within 30 days of receipt with original receipt and tags still intact. To request a replacement, email us at hello@HEARTglobal.org with a description and photo of the defects or damage.
