For 40 years, Bill has established an international following as an artistic director, master teacher, and mentor. His career encompasses stage, concerts, television, and Olympic arenas. He has performed on television shows with Bing Crosby, Fred Astaire, and Dionne Warwick; concerts with Jerry Lewis, Dean Martin, and Sammy Davis, Jr.; and national concert tours with Columbia Artists. Bill has directed the Super Bowl XXX Halftime Show featuring Diana Ross, the FIFA World Cup Closing Ceremonies featuring Whitney Houston, and the LA Master Chorale Concert with Tony Bennett. He has also served as Director of Entertainment at Coca Cola Olympic City during the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta and successfully directed Broadway concerts with Tony Award winners and nominees Brian Stokes Mitchell, Susan Egan, Hugh Panaro, Kelly O’Hara, Shirley Jones, and Emmy Award-winning musical director Mark Watters.
Creating the International Music Outreach Tour program over 30 years ago, Bill grew the program to five continents around the world, impacting millions of people and their communities. He has received awards in leadership in the arts from Chapman University and was honored by the Orange County Department of Education for his work with youth in alternative educational programs.
