Project1に参加される方は、以下の注意事項をよく読み、全てに同意いただいた上で活動にあたってください。 よろしくお願いいたします。
撮影時の注意

ダンス動画の撮影は、撮影場所の許可を得た上で、健康と安全に十分配慮して行ってください。

特に、密にならないように注意し、外もしくは換気のよい場所で撮影するようお願いします。また、自宅、公共スペース以外の、許可が必要な場所で撮影する場合は、必要な手続きを取ってください。

見本動画に合わせて、ダンス動画を撮影してください。
応募動画の配信

Heart Globalまたプロジェクト1事務局は、応募動画について、Facebookの非公開グループ、Heart Globalおよびじぶん未来クラブのYouTubeチャンネル、Heart Globalおよびじぶん未来クラブのFacebookページ、World Watch Partyで配信する予定です。

Heart GlobalまたProject1事務局は、動画を利用する際に、例えば短縮をしたり、複数の作品を一画面に並べたり、特定の場面をトリミングするなど、配信に使用するに適した形での編集などを行うことがありますので、ご了承ください。
注意事項

.撮影にあたっては、コロナ感染対策を十分に行ってください。

動画内に、個人情報が映り込まないようご注意ください。（例：賞状の名前や家族写真を背景に映さない、個人宅が特定できるような場所で撮影しないなど）

完成した動画は、誰でも見られる形で公開されます。 動画に写っている全員の許諾を必ず取ってください。

未成年の方が参加される場合は、必ず保護者の同意を得るようにしてください。

第三者に迷惑になる行為、第三者の著作権やその他の知識財産権、プライバシー権を侵害する行為はしないでください。

本プロジェクトへの応募以外の目的で楽曲や動画を使用しないでください。

Project1事務局は、参加チームより提供いただいた個人情報を、適切に管理し、以下の目的で使用いたします。

Every person who participates in Project 1 must read the following carefully and agree to all before starting.
Precautions when shooting

When shooting dance videos, please obtain permission from the shooting locations and give close consideration to your health and safety during this pandemic.

Take special care relating to social distancing measures in response to COVID-19 and shoot outside or in a well-ventilated place. Also, if you want to shoot in a place other than your home or public space that requires permission, please take the necessary procedures.

Please shoot a dance video according to the sample video.
Online Movie Distribution

HEART Global and Project 1 support team may distribute the submitted videos on Facebook's private group, HEART Global or NPO Jibun Mirai Club's Facebook page, HEART Global or NPO Jibun Mirai Club's YouTube channel, and also at the World Watch Party.

Please note that HEART Global and Project 1 support team may edit your videos, such as shortening, arranging multiple clips on one screen, trimming specific scenes, etc.

You are welcome to share and post about your dance and updates regarding this project on your social media. However, please avoid sharing your completed video until the World Watch Party is over.
Reminder

Please take sufficient measures in response to COIVD-19 when shooting.

Please avoid shooting at a location where the personal information can be identified. (ex. names or faces posted on your refrigerator, or shooting outside where your home address can be identified.)

The master video will be distributed in a form that anyone in the world can see. Be sure to get a permission from everyone in the video.

In case of the participation of the minors, please be sure to obtain the consent of their guardians.

Please do not act to disturb a third party or infringe the copyright, other intellectual property rights, or privacy rights of a third party.

Please do not use music or videos for any purpose other than applying for this project.

HEART Global and Project 1 support team will properly manage the personal information provided by the participating teams and use it for the following purposes:

Operation of this project and contact with the person for that purpose

Introducing the person/teams at the World Watch Party, etc.
